Dark Day Glass Gift Certificate Terms of use
1. Validity
Each gift certificate is valid for one (1) year from the date of ourchase. after the expiration date, any unused balance or redemption rights will be forfeited.
Christmas gifts- if this is a Christmas gift, the redeeming date will start 12/25/25 and expire 12/25/26 regardless of purchase date. This insures your reciever a
one (1) year to redeem. I must be notified at the time of purchase. If you fail to contact me the default will be one (1) year from purchase.

2. Redemption
To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient must:
*Present a photo of the physical certificate at the time of redemption.
*Provide the unique certificate number printed on the back.
*Gift certificates that are lost or stolen are not redeemable and no replacements or refunds will be issued (Unless lost during shipping)
Instructions will be mailed along with the certificate.
*Gift certificates are redeemable only for custom stained glass pet portraits through Dark day glass.
These terms are to protect my small business from fraud.
3. Restrictions
*Not redeemable for cash or any form of credit.
*No refunds will be issued for unused, lost, or expired certificates.
*Gift certificates are valid for the U.S. C
customers only
*Gift certificates are for pet portraits only.
4. Shipping
*Gift certificates lost during shipping will be replaced, and the lost certificate will be voided.
*The listed price for the certificate includes standard U.S. shipping for the completed stained glass artwork. Additional shipping upgrades (if requested ) may incur extra fees.
*Dark day glass is not responsible for lost or stolen package of the completed stained glass artwork. Please read my Terms of service on shipping.
5. Agreement
By redeeming this gift certificate, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, and the terms of service posted posted on Dark day glass website. These terms include information about artistic discretion, creative process, and other business policies.
6. Termination of partnership
Dark day glass has the right to end partnership at any point if the redeeming party is abusive in any way, unable to commicate in a respect manner, or if we are not able to come to an agreement on design. My time up until termination of service will be charged for and this includes the design drawing fee ($150) and all time taken to communicate about design, style, colors, or anything in relation to the custom art piece. The remaining balance after fees are accounted for be refunded back to the original purchaser with an explaination. It's encourgaged to be professional and simply put, be nice.
